Start by checking the coolant level. Make sure it is at almost "FULL" level. Also condition/quality of the coolant. It should be at 50/50 mix coolant/water, if you have too much water, it will not give your the heat that you want. Check your thermostat to make sure that it is not stuck open. Back to the quality of your coolant.

Check continuity at the following contacts/switch positions on the panel at connector C2 with contact 4 being ground:

I have a 2010 T&C Limited with 4.0L and 3-zone ATC. The car has little to no heat. What I have done so far: 1) Topped off coolant, it's full. 2) Replaced thermostat, original was fine. 3) Replaced cabin air filter (was very dirty). No difference. 4) Pulled apart dash and checked all blend door servos; all working.
Sounds like the mode door motor in the rear heater/AC unit may be the problem. When you slide the temperature switch on the front control panel the mode door should move to allow either cool or hot air in the cabin. Sounds like yours has failed hot. If you want to check it out you'll have to remove the passenger side rear interior panels.
1 Answer. Replace the heater resistor block. On my 2002 Voyger it was easy and part was apx. 17.00. drop the door of the glove box. Let hang and behind the box is the unit. Remove 2 ea, 8mm screws and unplug a 6 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Replace unit install two screws and replug in connectors.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The dash vents are not working at all. It's gotta be the switch.
We've got a 2002 Chrysler Voyager with something of an odd problem. The blower resistor likes to burn out. It's easy to replace, but after doing so, our vent speeds go out one by one, until all we have left is FULL BLAST. It seems to take between 500 and 5000 miles for the resistor to blow.
Effect was no turn signals, abs + airbage lights constanly on and the A/C blower inop. Disconnected the battery to reboot the system, that didn't work. Checked the fuses under the hood (they were all good) Then I went to the fuse block under the dash (below the parking brake release) Found that the 10a "Ignition switch" blown.
2. Clogged heater core. Clogged heater core is one of the leading causes of heating not working in Chrysler Grand Voyager. The design of the heater core is similar to the radiator, it has narrow internal channels through which hot coolant flows.
Step 3: Replace the relay. With the key still in the off position, plug the relay back into the slot. Turn on the key and try the blower. Some relays may not activate until the car is running and have a built in delay so you may need to start the engine and wait a few seconds to see if your repair was successful.
